Location and very friendly staff.
Subpar complimentary breakfast.

Nice clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location, but unsure of safety of neighborhood in the evening hours. On-site parking is a plus. Slightly disappointed with quality of the complimentary breakfast. Overall, we got what we bargained for and would stay here again.

Location was good. Food and amenities available.
Poorly constructed.

For our purpose, location was more important than amenities. Had a problem with AC unit and maintenance took immediate care of it. Coffee maker was one brand. Did not fit properly. Had to put face cloth on unit to get proper fit. I did advise hotel manager of situation.

The room was small and the air conditioning wasn't cool enough. the staff wasn't friendly and the parking lot was a joke.

Liked the fact that there is an Applebee's across the road from the hotel.
Hotel should offer more free parking spaces, especially for workmen with big vehicles.

Nice place, nice restaurants near by, overall not a bad experience.
