overall cleanliness.
Did not like parking fee
and had trouble w/parking tickets.Bar area needs some attention to cleanliness.

The hotel was nice. The staff was very helpful. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Overall experience was very satisfying.

Parking was not free.

This hotel is clean and the front desk workers are very friendly and helpful. When I got to my room there was a very strong odour of smoke. This was a smoke free room and floor. I went to the front desk and told the clerk and she was very apologetic and got me another room.

Poor location with bad rooms. Really needs a renovation.

This hotel was great for the rate I paid.
The housekeeper didn't know how to clean.

The location is great, for shopping, and a dining or a show. Close to the train and bus station. Fifteen minutes away from the airport. Very close to the interstate. The staff was very friendly. It's an older place, but you can see it was nice in it's day.

Restaurant choice was limited.

This is an older hotel that is starting to show its age. It is located very near the local jail and courthouse so there were many questionable people in the area. I did not feel safe going out of the hotel at night and in the parking garage.

Outside of this hotel is very nice.
Hotel was slightly run down needed to be re-painted in areas.
