Clean, friendly staff, quiet, well mantained.
Bad location, no restaurant, no room service weekend.

I wrote above already - the hotel itself is very good, clean, quiet, but the location is bad and there is no restaurant or room service in the weekend; the description on travelweb does not say that and we weren't prepared to stay hungry and be forced to go outside in a strange, unknown city to provide food (which was not fresh also). Thanks.
