We are 9 miles east of downtown Buffalo New York and 11 miles east of Buffalo-Niagara International Airport. Area attractions include the Botanical gardens Our Lady of Victory Basilica Walden Galleria Mall SUNY Buffalo and Niagara Falls /25 miles northeast of the hotel/. Within 1.2 miles our Hampton Inn hotel guests can dine at Curly*s Blackthorne O*Daniel*s Ilio DiPaolo*s Ponderosa or Denny*s. The Hampton Inn Buffalo-South/I-90 hotel features 106 rooms including extended stay suites and whirlpool tubs in select rooms exercise facility high-speed internet connections and indoor pool and whirlpool. Whether traveling to New York on business or pleasure our Hampton Inn guests enjoy room amenities which include complimentary continental breakfast complimentary newspaper in-room coffeemaker and TV with cable. Check in/out was very easy and fast.
The cleaning staff was very rude and inpatient.

Over all the hotel was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The cleaning staff knocked on our door twice before we checked out, and woke us up! and then when we left the room they were waiting a few doors down to get in our room to clean it. I told them we were leaving now and they could get in our room, and one girl was very rude!

Too few, inconveniently located outlets - Cell phone static caused by something in room.

Just a box to sleep in. Staff is exceedingly helpful and that made up some for getting a room.

The quality and comfort of the mattresses was excellent.
It lacked a restaurant and a bar.

Overall, I would rate this hotel as very good. It is conveniently located for the Buffalo area. Accommodations are clean and comfortable. Parking was ample. There are enough venues close by to satisfy most entertainment and culinary requirements.

Very comfortable bedding/pillows.
Great complimentary breakfast, but ran out of many things due to large visitor volume.

This was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay for myself, my husband and our 4 year old daughter, very friendly staff and housekeeping, clean rooms and great complimentary breakfast, also a nice close location to the interstate without allot of noise, I would definitely stay here again!

Great location, looked great, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Previous reviews were not generous enough.

This hotel is perfect for people traveling to buffalo or the surrounding areas who do not want to stay directly downtown. The location directly off of i-90 could not be more convenient, you see it right in front of you while you are on the exit ramp. The interior and amenities all looked brand new. Free internet access is, of course, a plus. The beds might be the most comfortable Iżve ever experienced. And the staff members were extremely sociable, friendly and, most of all, eager to help. read more
