Computer automated check-in and check-out.
Parking lot across the street, had to pay extra.
Excellent for our Friday shopping trip. TV was great, beds were comfortable, and room was spotless. Manager accommodated our request for 2 double beds despite hotel was over capacity.

This was a beautiful hotel, very convenient location. The staff was a bit out to lunch and could not answer simple questions. We asked 3 different people about parking and got 3 totally different answers.

Excellent health club.
Climate control.
Very nice, well appointed rooms. The hotel was recently redecorated. Friendly, helpful staff. It has a great gym and two good restaurants, one is casual and the other a very good steak house.

Location.
It was too hot! Thermostat couldn't be programmed.
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Tried to fix the heat issue to the best of their ability. It wasn't their fault it was 60 in Buffalo in November and that put the thermostat all out.

Staff was super helpful,
room was nice, quiet, great deals on breakfasts combined with internet and other amenities.
Bed was too soft, location not the greatest. Difficult to access, not many restaurants in the area.
Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful,
they had a list of places to visit in the city and how to get there by car (and how to get back). The buffet breakfast was excellent and the hotel had a great combination offer: for $10 per room (not per person) per day you got the buffet breakfast, free internet, free long-distance (even to Canada); daily newspaper. Unless you know exactly where you're going, it may be difficult to access the hotel. read more

Staff
was unbelievable friendly and helpful.
Location, pretty dull after dark, no pool, pay for parking (reasonable $12.00).
Friendly staff, well appointed, well maintained, but needs a pool or some other diversion.
