The hotel staff was extremely helpful and nice. The room was very clean and comfortable with nice decoration. Would stay there again.
The price of the buffet breakfast was not worth what was offered there.

Location was excellent proximity to HSBC center.

Beautiful room and atrium to dine in, steakhouse was a bit pricey but great atmosphere.
The accessible bathroom attached to my room did not have any place to put my toiletries as there was no counter. There should be a shelf somewhere.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, clean, with friendly staff. The swimming pool was still under renovations - scheduled to be opened spring of 1010. It is apparently on the top level of the hotel and will afford a beautiful view and atmosphere when completed. Parking was extra but close.

Bathroom maintenance needed - sink drained slowly - bathtub needed fresh caulking.

Served me well. Clean rooms and very good service. Breakfast buffet was good but was very pricey. Would not order it again
