Hotel Guest Reviews of the Comfort Inn Dunkirk
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.November 3, 2010

We were there for a college visit to nearby Suny Fredonia. Convenient location to college. There could be more offerings at the breakfast buffet. Maybe a reduced rate for the construction noise.

Was as plain as it could be.

Needs updating/re-furbishing. Security was lax. Room numbers were written on key card envelops. When my key card failed to work, I was able to get another at the front desk without giving my name or ID to the clerk. This is a 2 story hotel with no elevator, which made moving luggage a struggle.

Even without an elevator the hotel met my expectations. The room and especially the bathroom was newer and spotless. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were fluffy and comfortable.
