Family Traveling with Young Children
I was not pleased with this place. The room was extremely loud due to the highway outside, the food offered on the buffet in the morning did not really provide a lot of options for me (I have extreme food sensitivities) and the hotel charged me twice for the room! Not happy!

Family Traveling with Young Children
We had a great stay at this hotel. They have a complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast every morning and cocktail hour every evening for their guests that was wonderful.

Family Traveling with Young Children
Great atrium design has koi ponds, bridges, paths, plants right in the middle of the hotel. The kids (ages 3 and 5) loved it and it was also attractive to adults. Very pleasant.

It was worth the money, the sheets had hair that didn't match mine so we switched and slept in the other bed. The breakfast had rotted fruit.

Family Traveling with Teens
Hotel was excellent for our needs of 3 teens, fitness centre and pool area were great, and the included made to order breakfast was very good. The area of Syracuse was also clean and felt safe. Staff was friendly and helpful.
