The price and cleanliness.

little noisy, we were very near the lobby.

Very nice staff as they assisted in directions to subways and bus lines. The location was authentic queens, which my son liked, a tougher yet safe feeling neighborhood. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. We asked for a comp upgrade to two beds but was politely refused.

The hotel was close to public transportation.
The hotel looked like it was cheaply constructed and the rooms were small.

This hotel was a good value for the money. Conveniently located near the Elmhurst stop on the subway and not too far from NYC, the location is appealing for those wanting to save money on hotel accommodations. They do offer a small continental breakfast which helps the frugal traveler and the hotel staff is willing to help with directions or calling a cab. This wasn't the Plaza Hotel by any means but it was far from a dive as the property was recently constructed. A good choice in my opinion. read more

Great Location. Brand new condition of rooms. Helpful and friendly staff.

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly during check-in. The location along Queens blvd is great. The rooms are brand new with a nice TV. The bathroom was very clean and nice. The beds were comfortable. The Keurig cup coffee maker was impressive.

very nice and clean faciltiy, altho no cabs come by you have to call for a cab.
