Decor and comfort and clean.
Unfriendly front desk, treated me with lack of respect.

Nice hotel, but front staff person was sort of rude, perhaps because I am a woman and obviously not a business traveler. Lack of respect. Hotel was fine otherwise.

No restaurant in hotel.

Hotel was nice. Only problem was that our key didn’t work in the door. The problem was solved but it was a slight inconvenience.

A great place to go for business or in transit travel. Not a romantic getaway, however.

The pool was nice for the kids.
The withholding of my money after paying for the hotel and checking out.

The hotel was nice and the only problem I had with it was the with holding of the deposit money for 5 days after we checked out.
