Inside decor is a bit dark.

Scope of amenities included, large flat-panel TV, music, plush terri bathrobes, accessible thermostat, business center (PCs & printers) for generating boarding passes, comfortable mattress, extra pillows, mini bar/kitchenette and chocolates at bedtime! Bathroom fully equipped with hair dryer and wall-mounted magnifying mirror.

The rooms were very spacious.
For such a nice room, the bed was very uncomfortable.

The room was very impressive. Plenty of space. Very nice decor and amenities. The bed was terribly uncomfortable which really lessened the enjoyability of our stay. The hotel was extremely quiet, which was quite appreciated.

The friendliest, quickest, best service I've ever received.
Only thing: hot water carafe with room service tasted of coffee [and I had tea].

This hotel was a pleasure in every way -- lovely, clean, comfortable room and bed; excellent amenities; and the very best and friendliest staff I've ever encountered. I've stayed at much more expensive hotels without receiving nearly the service or satisfaction. Simply a pleasure!! My young son now wants to make staying at the Inn at Great Neck a regular event, and I'm inclined to do so myself. read more

Spacious clean rooms and excellent facilities.

The hotel was well placed close to local shopping. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The bathrooms were well equipped with tub and shower as well as hairdryer. Also iron and ironing board were present in each room. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
