King size bed, ground floor with a screen door that opens to the outside. Great staff.
Nothing.

My husband and I stayed here in lieu of an expensive alternative for a wedding. The door that opens to the outside was perfect for us as we love fresh air. Our car was right there and access was fabulous. Wireless was accessible and fast. I would definitely stay there again, and go to the walking distance organic restaurant for great breakfast and good coffee.

It was quiet and in a good location.
The room smelled, was dusty, bathroom not clean, coffee pot not easy to use.

I wouldn't return because of the condition of the room. It wasn't clean or attractive.

Halls, room and stairwells smelled of stale cigarette smoke.

Stains on wall between bathroom and bed. Stains on rug in room, stains on chair in room. Stale cigarette smell.

No swimming pool, no microwave oven in room, room not clean enough.

As per hotel description, I expected microwave oven in the room, swimming pool and restaurant in the hotel and good breakfast. Hotel lacks all of these.

The staff was very friendly and helpful finding somewhere to have dinner,the bed was very comfortable, the shower was fair
The smell of the room in addition to the very dusty flowers in the lobby where you ate

The hotel is in a convenient location the staff is friendly and helpful the beds were comfortable

It was the right price and exactly what we needed.
The bed was uncomfortable.

We were traveling from NYC to Niagra Falls. We stopped in Ithaca for one night. The staff were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was really nice and enjoyable. Additionally, the price was perfect.

I purchased 2 rooms: one for me and my partner and one for my elderly parents, for my son's graduation. Both rooms were filthy and smelled terribly. I had to purchase and empty containers of Febreeze and Oust just to make the rooms tolerable. The sliding door screens had holes and let in the flies and the AC did not work but blew hot air. If it weren't for the local graduation you couldn't have paid me to stay there. read more
