Clarion Hotel Jamestown

Not a bad hotel, however it needed some work. It was not dirty but the rooms were in fair condition. The bathroom wall had a cut through the drywall and wallpaper. There was no toilet paper holder or Kleenex holder. The shower did not drain well and the stopper assembly was not installed and laying on the edge of the tub.

New tile was being installed in the lobby. We were not sure which doors we could use to check in. Too much remodeling was going on inside and out when we got there. I'm not sure why they decided to do construction work during a busy weekend. I never felt welcomed there.

I enjoyed my stay there and would and will go back. They are friendly, courteous and willing to go the extra mile in order to please their customers.

The hotel and staff were very nice. Everything was clean and well-maintained. We heard everything in the rooms on either side of us--I mean everything. When someone was taking a shower next door, the noise was so loud from the plumbing--louder than when we took a shower in our own bathroom. I won't stay here again.

I arrived late so did not really spend a lot of time looking around but over all it was ok. There was coffee in the morning in the lobby which was great!

This is a nice people friendly hotel with friendly staff. Clean rooms and clean overall. Worth the money spent. Only one thing. Please don't eat the breakfast buffet. Parking thro the week maybe a hustle also. Need to use a garage next door which charges during the week.

Nice well appointed rooms - clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Just tried the breakfast buffet and was disappointed. Poor selection and quality of the food. Lacking proper security - anyone could enter the hotel from the parking garage and go undetected to the upper floors via elevators.

This is the worst hotel. Their nonsmoking room actually is smoking rooms. The hotel hallways stink with a terrible smell, and all that comes with poor customer service.
