Clean facilities.

The hotel is newer and for the most part, clean. The area is a little scary. We wanted to be back in before too late at night. Also, the maid service didn't vacuum our room during our multi-night stay - small thing but it needed it.

Clean,staff were accommodating and friendly, and a good fitness room.
location at night time made me feel a little uneasy.

This hotel was a great new place to stay. Only half a block from the subway, 6 min by subway to central park. subway was very safe. The area is under construction and will be much nicer in a few years. I would go back and stay here to avoid the high prices of Manhattan. Thanks Priceline for a great job picking this place out for a leisure traveler.

Staffs attitude, location of the hotel, extra fees.

Hotel is fairly new, but the location is very shady, there are only 11 parking spaces and you have to pay extra $20+tax per day. There are no amenities and breakfast is not included at all. This hotel is rated at 3 stars, but it looks and feels more like 2.

Extremely convenient to subway, helpful staff, clean and nice rooms.
Heat was turned on so rooms were terribly hot. Pop machines not filled.

Very nice place to stay. Excellent location, friendly staff, restaurant and bar were accessible. Room was good size, bed very comfortable, bathrooms very nice.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel is very clean. It is only 10-15 minutes to Manhattan.
Absolutely no complain about the hotel. The only thing is that it is a developing area that does have the polish of Manhattan.

This hotel exceeded my and my partner’s expectations. The staff and cleanliness of the hotel was second to none. It’s located in a developing neighborhood but is only 10-15 minutes from Manhattan. It is a great value for cost conscious travelers hoping to see the sites in Manhattan.

Clean luxurious room with king sized comfortable bed.
No dryer available.

This hotel was wonderful to stay at. The room was clean and new as was the bathroom. It was nice to stay somewhere affordable that was so close the the subway. It would have been nice if there was a laundry on site. Next time I am going to NYC, I will stay there again.
