The we had faced away from street so very little traffic noise.
Bathroom is very small.
Good service; quiet and clean. Worth the price.

Convenience.
Beds were made with flat sheets instead of fitted. Very uncomfortable to sleep when sheets are falling off mattress.
The hotel was clean with a great little BBQ area with picnic tables outside. The location was perfect. You are very close to shopping and dining. The down side was that it was noisy and the beds were made with flat sheets as your fitted sheet and they kept falling off the mattress so you were sleeping on either a mattress pad or the bare mattress. None the less we didn't get much sleep. read more

Convenient. Easy check in/check out.
I was placed in one of the oldest rooms of the original hotel building. I later learned from another guest that these were the worst rooms in the hotel - small, peeling wallpaper, broken lamp, extremely noisy wall-unit heater, water took forever to warm up. Hotel staff were quite unhelpful and refused extra pillows. Bed was uncomfortable with an old mattress. Breakfast was not worth even looking over - plain bagels, donuts, and bad coffee. I would never stay here again! read more

Convenient, neat, and close to major retail stores.
When using the air conditioning it smelled and the tub had a clog-water moved very slowly.
In general, the lodge/inn was neat, spacious, located near stores, restaurants, and entertainment. The staff was friendly and receptive.

Basic 1 Star hotel. A little strange in the sense that the room had a microwave, a refrigerator and free internet access, but no coffee maker or iron and ironing board.

The staff seemed friendly.
It didn't seem to be the cleanest.
It was one of the two hotels in Malone, NY. It was conveniently located and served it's purpose. The staff was friendly.
