The location, price, room.
Breakfast room was very crowded, not enough tables.

We just needed a place to spend the night while biking in the area. It was a good location, quality rooms. Breakfast was included, but it was crowded and no tables left to sit. Only had coffee!

Slow elevator service (but it was only 4 floors).

No frills here, but attractive and offered everything I could imagine I'd need.

Breakfast: the make your own waffles were a great touch.
Pillows strictly institutional, towels somewhat skimpy.

It was fine, and the greetings at the desk were always first-rate. Nice staff people throughout the place. Would happily stay there again.

Pool was a little small.

Nice, new and clean 4 star family friendly hotel. I'd recommend it to anyone.
