Clean stairwell.
This is a great little hotel in an incredibly excellent location! It has a very nice lobby and small dining area for the free breakfast, and is very neat and clean.

Location and views! Much better than expected.
It was clean, had friendly staff and a great location. Our room even had a view of the Brooklyn Bridge and a balcony which was unexpected. Not every room does, but Priceline really came through for us and it was great! We didn't spend much time there during the day, so if you're looking for a mid-range NYC hotel where you can relax when there, but will primarily be out and about, I'd definitely recommend it. read more

Location.
This is a good hotel and in a great location. It is a good hotel for business travelers that need to spend time in their room but for someone who isn't then it isn't.

10 minutes from Wall Street.
Very far from 5th Ave, Time Square, etc.
This is one of the best values near Wall Street. Located at Peck Slip, it is also close to a small boutique shopping area as well as the shopping center on the water.

Great location, attractive and comfortable small hotel.
Complimentary breakfast was very bare-bones.
Lovely small hotel in the heart of Southstreet Seaport. Very comfortable and quiet with attractive rooms. The king size bed was extremely comfortable with lots of pillows. The staff was friendly and very accommodating when I asked for a different room away from the elevator.
