The boy, at the front desk, was very nice as was the boy that was cleaning the breakfast area.
Small eating area, room, everything was tiny even the closet.
Not a great location. I was afraid at the front door because seedy people were loitering outside the front door smoking. The hotel was the smallest I have ever seen. If I was sitting at the desk my husband had to crawl on the bed to get to the bathroom. Bedspread not clean. Very disappointed. This is a one star hotel.

Good Breakfast.
Complained the TV not working at check in, time, 430.pm. Still not working at Midnight!
It started with our getting a single room for 2. We were changed to another room,it was clean, but the hand towels were dirty, and TV not working. The lady manager got us clean towels. She was very polite. The manager was polite but the TV was never fixed. Small, but upsetting.

Friendly and helpful staff, free Internet access, complimentary coffee/tea whole day.
The bed is not very comfortable. I developed some rash after the trip, not sure if it's bed bugs from this hotel.
Pretty decent and friendly hotel. But the bed is not very comfortable.

Breakfast was good. Staff friendly.
Double bed.
For a two star the hotel was satisfactory. Bed comfortable however only a double. Room was very small. Air conditioner was very next to bed. Staff friendly and helpful.

Nice room, was small, but we expected even smaller. Complimentary breakfast was good.
Location is not so good, its still safe and 2 blocks from subway.
Hotel staff is very courteous and very helpful. We placed our luggage at the hotel after checking out since we were traveling later in the evening. Good complimentary breakfast.
