Excellent location, good neighborhood, and was very close to subway station.
Room was very very small.
Good location, near the subway station. It was one of the cheapest hotels I could find in Manhattan. The room was really very, very small. It is not suitable for a romantic trip. I had just two days to spend in NY, and i just left my bags in the hotel and went to Broadway, central park, fifth avenue, and so on, so it fitted my needs. I would recommend for travelers that would just sleep at the hotel and spend all day sightseeing. read more

Great staff and friendly, and helpful.
Smaller rooms, but for the money like a suite and very clean.

I loved the decor of the bathroom and the high ceilings.
No toaster or coffee maker.
For the money, this was a great hotel to stay in. It was literally steps away from the subway. With the air conditioning running you could barely hear any noise from outside. The room was small, but ideal for tourists who don't want to spend a lot of time in their room.

Very convenient to transportation.
Very small; business desk did not accommodate people above 5 foot 8.
Hotel room was very small. It had a nice desk, suitable for guests on business, but it did not accommodate for tall people, as my height at over 6 feet could not fit to sit at the desk. The room was clean and I did not have any sanitary issues. The television was good, there were many channels to my liking in the lineup. Perfect for guests who just need a place to sleep but will not be in the room very often. read more

Great location. Very, very clean room. Good size room for NY. Very nice hotel.
Great location, right next to the subway, and just a few blocks from Canal St. and the financial district. The hotel and room were very clean. The room was a nice size for being in the city, and the staff was friendly. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel was in a perfect location for our needs with the subway being right outside the hotel. The room was set up as a little suite, with the double bed being in a separate little room on the side. There was just enough room for the bed to fit. The room came with two TVs, one in the sitting room and one in the bedroom. Both rooms had ceiling fans, which were sufficient, but in the summer, I'm not sure they would be enough. I would definitely recommend the hotel though based on its location, its features, and price. Although for an extended stay with a lot of luggage, I'm not sure how comfortable that would be as we stayed for one night with a backpack, a small suitcase, and my purse, and it was kind of crowded in the sitting area. For one or two people on a short trip, definitely recommended. read more

It was clean.
We were very happy with the Cosmopolitan. Our only complaint is that the rooms were small, but we knew that would be the case. The hotel was
very clean. We would definitely stay there again.

The location was perfect. The beds were good!
Greeting unpleasant. Too hot and wet in the room.
It's Ok for a small budget, just to sleep in the hotel and to stay outside visiting the city all the day. Not for honey moon or romantic expectations. No breakfast included.
