We were stranded in NYC because of snowstorm; hotel staff was wonderful.
We changed rooms; left prescription in drawer; housekeeping threw it away.

Overall, exceptional experience. Will return for future visits.

Ideal for business or pleasure travel. I normally do not use hotel restaurants, especially in New York City. Time pressures forced the use of the restaurant for dinner one evening and breakfast the next morning. The food and service were excellent.

It is too close to Time Square i.e. crowded.

I think it is quite good value for the price I paid.

Very attractive decor, comfortable beds, very friendly staff.
Daily internet rate was too expensive for casual use.

Fantastic hotel. Convenient to Times Square. Helpful staff throughout. Rooms were comfortable and modern as well as cozy. Stayed 5 nights and was enjoying the stay. I do wish they had a small refrigerator in the room. The single serve coffee pot was high tech and brewed excellent coffee. Dining is expensive, but the service is great and the food wonderful. Highly recommended!

Ambiance, the hotel was great!

I go to New York quarterly. This was the best hotel I have stayed in. It was very nice, the staff was great and the restaurant was absolutely fabulous.

For New York city, the rooms were very large.
Room was too warm.

I was very pleased with the quality and especially the size of this room. This was probably the best room I've had in the many times I've visited New York city.
