Great location! Room was very comfortable and modern. Loved it.
Needs to provide a refrigerator in the hotel rooms as part of the accommodations and not require additional charge.
Received good service with luggage when we arrived. Rooms were ready early and we could check in before noon since we had taken a red-eye flight from CA. Very comfortable room with lots of pillows. Lounge chair was great place to relax. Best of all the location was perfect for our first trip to NY! Thanks!

I loved the location in Times Square.
It was a little noisy.
The hotel was great! The staff was very helpful and friendly. First time in New York City and they made us feel welcome and adequately answered any questions we had.

Great location, friendly staff and comfy beds!
After a 1 month tour landing in this hotel was heaven! Beds are comfy, fantastic location you can walk anywhere and get anywhere from where you are and it was in a really safe area. Staff are really friendly and the rooms are more than adequate for NYC! Highly recommended

Great location for NYC action.
We were on floor 34 corner room with view of Times square one direction and the Hudson River in the other. Great way to start our visit in NYC.

Excellent location, very nicely appoointed room, and a great view.
Room was too hot, $20 per day for internet access - I don't expect to be nickeled and dimed at a four-star hotel.
The hotel is quite nice with a killer location on Times Square and a helpful staff. Very cosmopolitan guests - I heard many, many languages from other travelers. The rooms are not large, but nicely decorated with comfortable beds. However, the room was too warm and the air conditioner was not effective. I heard other guests complaining about the same conditions. Also there was a$20/day charge for wifi access. Even the business center charged $10 for ten minutes. Not very business friendly. read more

Great location, very clean, and very responsive staff.
Restaurant was solid, but very over priced breakfast, even for the area.
Check-in was simple, all request were honored, room was ready and very clean. The one or two minor issues were taken care of quickly and simply. Overall a great experience. Be careful on internet access. After we got in the room it was a daily fee. Very high but when pointed out to them.
