Inadequate storage space & hanging room for clothes.

Sparkling clean, smartly decorated lobby & interior with miniscule room(s) and almost complete absence of space to hang or store garments and personal effects and no on-site additional services beyond sleeping rooms.

There was barely enough room to walk around the bed

Very nice but small rooms. No restaurant, but the continental breakfast is really good.

Hip, beautiful and modern.
Inexperienced staff.

We were given the handicapped room. The shower head would not stay on the wall, which made showering more difficult and messy. Water got all over the marble floor, which was then very slippery. AC did not get room cool enough, bar outside was very loud. 2nd night we came back to find our door wide open and the lights on, we went to the desk right away and asked for help. The young man had no idea what to do and was flustered. After close to 10 minutes, another hotel employee returned to the room with us. Nothing seemed to be missing, but it wasn't clear what had happened. Our keys no longer worked and we were both a little weirded out by staying. We put a chair behind the door when we went to sleep and didn't sleep so well. read more

Very small room portable heater in the room.

Great location to two movie theatres. Room was very small and contained a portable heater; the thermostat in the room did not appear to work.
