Outstanding service.

Grand Hyatt, NY is a fantastic place to stay. The location cannot be beaten, especially for a first trip to New York, as it is very close to so many major attractions. The building is very nice. Tastefully decorated and replete with amenities. But the staff bring it together so nicely. They were so courteous and helpful and sincere. They were very flexible and sweet.

Everything was perfect, location, decor, cleanliness of the room, beautiful hotel.

I loved this hotel. Comfortable bed, clean room, beautiful decor, I have no complaints. The one thing is a night light under the blowdryer that goes on and off, it scared me because the room was pitch black at one point and then all of the sudden I noticed light near the door.
A little scary when you're traveling alone. No complaints though, loved this place!

Mold on the ceiling in the room.

Great hotel with convenient location in Midtown next to Grand Central Station. Hotel staff is friendly and very polite. Metro located in Grand Central. Many good restaurants are nearby.
