The staff was friendly and the location was great!
Breakfast needs more healthy alternatives.

The hotel isn't in the prettiest part of town but for travelers who plan to see all of the city it's a perfect location (especially if you are coming in or out by train or bus). The staff was fantastic and friendly and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast options are limited as far as healthy alternatives but it's free and everyone will find something they like.

Noisy floor mates.

Conveniently located near Herald Square and Penn Station. Comfortable rooms, fantastic staff! Would choose to stay there again next time I'm in the city.

Continental breakfast was just OK although the breakfast room is nice.

Simple, clean, comfortable, and had all of the basics. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel does not have anything luxurious to offer, but at the same time there is nothing to complain about. I definitely would stay here again.

The complimentary breakfast and wireless internet are awesome.
The house-cleaning staff forgot to clean up the room for 1 day.

The staff at the front desk is very friendly.
