The balcony with beautiful flowers and overlooking a nice skyline.
The breakfast was disappointing and the coffee, eggs & sausage were horrible.

Attractive comfortable rooms.
Staff was less than friendly, not willing to provide much help with directions, parking, all in all night staff very odd. In the am.
Nice, clean rooms, area was what seemed like a rough area, night staff said less than 5 words to us, when we asked questions, they acted like we were out of line. The janitor (think he was janitor)/(Hispanic) was very nice, even though he spoke no English provided us more help than the front desk. Lady in am at ck out was nice.

Small, intimate great location quiet, and a very nice helpful staff.
The checkin time is too late in the day for New York city it should be much earlier.
Very nice experience i would stay here again.

Clean, fairly modern, decent free breakfast and helpful staff.
I thought the hotel itself was clean, staff was friendly and helpful.

It did have a parking garage not too far away.
I did not like paying $25 on top of the price of the room for parking.
Excellent location, great for family, and
met all the needs I had for this trip.

Location under the Brooklyn bridge, with a 3=masted schooner in view.
Nothing.
Great inexpensive hotel for touring Manhattan and Brooklyn. $20 parking garage a half block away. Room was very comfortable with excellent bathroom and shower.

Good location, friendly staff, reasonable cost, and street parking.
Small room, a little noisy, but hey it's NYC.
Good value, nice location, weekend street parking, some good local restaurants. Liked it. Will come back.

Very nice and modern with all amenities available regardless of small space, cozy rooms.
Very loud/audible from hallway, need better doors for noise isolation.
