Wonderful beds, super convenient location, and we felt safe.
Proximity to fire station might bother some people.

Clean room, wonderful bedding, friendly staff, quick check-in, doorman who recognized me the second time I walked in the door. Room had a microwave and fridge (not a booby-trapped mini-bar type, but an empty fridge). Gift shop downstairs also had microwave dinners, snacks and ice cream for evenings when you're too tired to go out.

Perfect Spot and price to see Broadway shows and Time Square and plenty of local restaurants before hit expensive and chains of Broadway.

Clean hotel and rooms good size and very clean. very convenient to Broadway, Central Park and Times Square. Close to Times Square for Late night excursions (1 block).

Doormen always welcomed you and offered assistance with anything that might see you needed help with.
Too pricey for the quality of the hotel

The room itself was nice. The staff was incredible and the location can't be beat. However, the common areas on the room floors are so dated and unattractive. My floor had renovations going on and it was noisy and unattractive. For 2 of the 3 days, there was a bright yellow trash bin within sight of my door to catch water (it appeared) as ceiling tiles were missing right above it. read more

The rooms were clean, plush and attractive. Many free conveniences (fridge, microwave, safe)

I can't think of one bad thing to say about this place. I would actively seek to stay here again on my next trip to the City.
