Nothing.
Staff was unattentive. Room was dirty and the door looked like someone had tried to press it open. Just bad!

Very close to subway, little Italy, Chinatown.
Parking was expensive and coffee only available until 9 or 10 am.
This was a great hotel for the price. Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff, plenty of nearby attractions. What more can you ask for?

The location and price were a great combination.
Website indicated that Super Shuttle was best from airport. It took 2 hours.
We expected to spend a fortune on a hotel in lower Manhattan. We got a great deal on this hotel and it was so conveniently located that it helped us get to all of our destinations quickly and easily. The rooms were very comfortable and had all of the amenities that we needed including a flat screen TV, hair dryer, fridge, and microwave.

Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. Loved that there was a frig and microwave in the room.
I specified the room was for two adults expecting that I would get a room with two beds. Upon arrival, I was told the room had one bed. When I explained that I was there with my (21 year old) son and needed two beds. I asked for a room with a double bed and was told that there were none available. I didn't press the issue any further, but I have a feeling that wasn't the entire truth. Needless to say, I ended up spending that night in the same bed as my adult son awkward and uncomfortable. The next night he slept on the floor. Thank goodness we were only there for two nights. read more
