Clean, safe, really close to subway.
The restaurant only served cold sandwiches for too high a price.

Perfect spot if you don't mind hopping on a subway to get to where you need to go. Loved that you were a half a block away from Canal Street. We did our souvenir shopping on the way back to the hotel or right before we headed out, so we didn't have to carry it around with us.

The staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful.
Very difficult to get a cab.

This hotel was perfect for us. We wanted to do some shopping on Canal Street and it was right there.
Do not take the super shuttle to Grand Central Station because the free shuttles from there do not go to this hotel. we had to take the subway from there.

The bell staff and reception staff was very friendly and helpful.
The concierge on duty.

Outside of the concierge being rude, everyone else was extremely helpful. The bellmen always helped getting a cab quickly, the desk employees were exceptional in their customer service, the maid was also thorough and very polite. I will stay there again.

I usually have very small rooms in NYC. This one was rather spacious (for NYC). It was clean and nice. Great location.

Room itself was very dirty, the furnishings were clean, but the walls especially looked as though they have not been cleaned in years. Stained and dusty.

Lobby area was nice, staff very friendly, room very small and dirty.
