The location and the cleanliness.
Room was almost too small for comfort, little luggage storage or hanging space.
If you are not going to be in your room much and you do not have much luggage, this is a perfect hotel for as it is clean and safe, but very small rooms.

Excellent bathroom facilities.
Bedroom too small and lack of storage for clothes.
As a boutique hotel, this is a fine example of economical space for a business traveler or individual that needs a room in the Empire State Building area of NYC. Limited clean space for storage of clothes with good bathroom facilities, other amenities are desk and flat screen TV.

They sent us to another hotel because of a computer glitch. The other hotel said this happens often at the 373. The should have told us ahead of time.

Good location and price.
No lobby.
373 is not for people looking for various hotel amenities because there really are none. Also, the rooms are small and compact. If, though, you are just looking for a clean hotel in midtown at a reasonable price, then 373 is a good choice. Though the rooms were small, they were very clean and nicely arranged good bed and pillows. There is no lobby, just a check-in desk, but the hotel is located right next to a Starbucks so you can get the basics when needed. If you are just looking for a clean in expensive place in midtown to sleep for a night or two, its a good choice. read more

The staff went over and above to help.
Rooms were small.
This was a small hotel for NYC, but very clean and the staff was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Its proximity to attractions in mid town manhattan.
The room was extremely cramped. I have seen walk in closets bigger than that room.
I will never stay here again. The room was about 12x8 or so. It was unbelieveably cramped. The noise from everyone on 5th ave honking at each other kept us up all night and the hotel offered no ammenities at all. There was no valet, no vending, no room service, no consierge.
Next time we visit New York we'll stay outside the city.

Staff friendly, helpful. Location convenient.
Room tiny. No closet! Window bright at night. Bed small.
The room was no place you'd want to spend any time. The bed took up almost all the space. There was no closet! You hung your coats, pants, etc. on hooks on the wall. The (huge) air conditioner jutted into the room making it difficult to get around. Good thing was location in mid-town and friendly staff.

Rooms were tiny; bath floods when showering (curtain too short).
This is a tourist hotel for Europeans who are accustomed to rooms where there is no room or closet or business center or food, etc. It is clean. When you lay in the bed, the air conditioner is in your face.
