Gave a free upgrade when they realized I was traveling with my 23 year old son.
Elevators were extremely small

Very clean, comfy bed, great service to the room and lots of little extra's like a comfortable robe and great personal products. The only down fall was there was not immediate access to coffee in the morning; no pot in the room.

I loved the location! The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

This hotel suited are needs well. We stayed in the city two nights and this hotel was within walking distance to many main attractions such as Bryant Park, Rockefeller Square, Times Square, Theatre District, 1/2 price ticket booth, and many subway entrances. Our room was small, as was the bed, but it was clean and a great home base. The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel even stored our luggage for us all day free of charge on the day of our check-out. read more
