Convenient, friendly, Wi-Fi, simple.
Tub had a deep scratch. I could not prepare tea in my room.

At least it was close to where we wanted.
Everything was broken. And there were toe-nail clippings and dead skin pieces in the bathroom.

If you are looking for cheap and near Niagara falls, go for it. But bring a sleeping bag, hand sanitizer, and ear muffs (walls are thin!). It is sad to see quaint motels like this falling apart because of the big chains.

Friendly staff.
No choice in breakfast. Refrigerator, location (on top of table).

It is a conveniently located hotel. But for the money, it is not that great - you would expect more.

The AC was out of order and there was no proper ventilation.

I have asked for a non smoking rooms but one of the room was smoking room which was stinking and also the AC was not working, there in the night.

Further from the Niagara Falls than expected.

We worried so much before we got there. But it was just as good as one star hotel.

The fact we left a day ahead of time.
This place was a filthy dump with terrible management, a true armpit.

Never stay at this motel. Rooms are filthy, management is unresponsive. Rooms are not cleaned. Dirty underwear from a previous guest left hanging in the bathroom. Lights are broken, mold everywhere. Filthy.

Not a good hotel to stay with family.

The hotel was not clean at all and the surroundings were awful with trash bags, etc. Rooms were not at all clean and didn't feel like staying.
