Parking and its security.

I parked in front of the hotel last night (6/27/09) and somebody has broken the passenger side car glass and stolen the GPS in the car. I feel this Hotel is good and secure but it is not safe and secure if someone forgotten valuable things inside the car there is no guarantee that things will be safe apart from that everything is ok.

The price of the room was not worth the quality and size of the room. There were bugs in our room. I will never stay there again!

Nice pool area, nice continental breakfast, and great fitness club.
Not in an attractive area.

Hotel is nice, friendly staff. Nice indoor pool. Nice continental breakfast bar. Room was sufficient and clean. Fitness club is great! The surrounding area of the hotel is fairly depressed, not very attractive. Hotel is 15 minutes or so away from the Falls-easy drive; 25 minutes away from Buffalo.

Its not clean, dirty hotel, unfriendly staff. it stinks.

The hotel stinks, it has dirty and probably used towels and linen It is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. I did complain about smell that came all over to the hotel staff, they said they can not help it. I requested for a room freshener, it never worked, when I asked whom can I complain about it, I got a response that it does not matter who I complain, they can not help me. They said, if I can not tolerate the smell I should check out, please note that It was mid night that time, with young children. I t was a very bad experience.
