Families especially will love visiting the Old Forge Public Beach and other nearby attractions including the Adirondack Centennial Railroad and the Adirondack Museum. not being able to sleep because of all of the noise

I will never stay at this hotel again. You can hear every move being made on the floor above. You could hear, from the room above, walking, running, jumping etc. This went on for half of the night. This hotel charges too much money to not be sound proof.

The decor was attractive in addition to the pool area.
The room had a stale smoke smell. Was marked as Non smoking.

The room decor was attractive. The pool area seemed very nice although we didn't have a chance to utilize it. I expected more from a continental breakfast - we all did. Big disappointment there. Toast, Lenders bagels, economy brand cereals? Could have made more of an effort. I had to settle for stale off brand version of rice krispies.The hotel is non-smoking & yet our room had a stale smoke smell. My son is an asthmatic. read more

Convenient to the town we were visiting. Pleasant people.
Had a smoking room due to dog. Room needed some cosmetic work.

This was our first visit to a Best Western (anywhere) and we really enjoyed our visit. We will stay there again when we go to Old Forge NY.
