The toilet chain was broken, it had been fixed twice before we arrived, it was still broken when we arrived.

They have DVD's you can watch for free.
Childish front desk.

The hotel is nice, not great but nice. The main problem is the staff for the most part are young people who do not know how to act in public and in front of other people.

Overall, experience was pretty good. Desk staff was not very friendly. They did not make us feel welcomed. Did not tell us where our room was located. Seemed bothered to help us.

One of the nice Best Western Motels I have seen and stayed at. The rooms were well appointed and clean. Breakfast bar was well supplied. A fair value for the price

The place smelled like cigarette smoke and the room wasn't clean.

The hotel was not smoke-free, and even the non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes. There was hair on the floor and on the sheets, indicating that the hotel was not clean.
