Carpet was wet/dirty. Towels should be replaced.

Seemed to house long term low income families.
A little scary and noisy at night. Continental breakfast lacking. Carpeting was wet and dirty. Towels were not folded nicely and were stained and scratchy. Sheets seemed clean--but stained. Would not recommend to anyone.

Beds, staff, cleanliness everything.

Very bad stay experience. Bed had bugs, doors were broken, towels were dirty, breakfast was a joke and the staff was very
unprofessional. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Run down needs repair.

Queensbury Motel needs to be renovated. Room had plumbing problem and outlets didn't work. Manager was okay.

Location off the interstate.
It was overpriced.

The bathrooms were not what you would expect for the price of the room. One of my 2 room’s air conditioning was not working.

It was very easy to find. Helpful staff.
Continental breakfast was poor compared to other hotels. Bathroom could have been cleaner.

No Wi-Fi available. Room decor in need of updating. Clean but not spotless.
