Poor signage in interior corridors.

Pleasant, clean and comfortable hotel not far from the Interstate and located on the major road in Saratoga Springs. Offers a free continental breakfast with waffle station in the morning. Staff was competent and efficient.

The location was perfect and the accommodations were great.
The computer in the business center was extremely slow, but I was grateful that they even had one, so am not complaining.

The staff was not bad
breakfeast

Hotel was lacking comfort. The beds need to be worked on and the pillows have to be really changed. Breakfast because it was included has to be worked on as well. When they say 7 to 10:00. You should still have food at 9:00 am and not run out two days in a row. A pool is a must if they can find their way to get one in and they have to be able to organize coupons or deals with all activities that pertain to lake George. read more

There was nothing I did not like about it.

Hotel staff was very helpful. The rooms were extremely clean and had a nice medium size refrigerator as well as a microwave in each room which is a wonderful amenity. It was very quiet and enjoyable.

The hotel staff was very friendly and the room was spacious and clean.

This was the cleanest hotel that we have stayed in, in quite awhile. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
