All the staff were very helpful.
The carpet was frayed and the door laminate was of half the bath door on the edge.

The room was clean but a little worn in spots. The hotel staff were tops with a good restaurant (diner) attached. There is lots of parking with much lighting and outside doors with only key card entry. The room comes equipped with a coffee pot, microwave, small refrigerator and iron and ironing board. The snickers bars in the vending machine were old or at least the one I bought was. Bottom line, I would go stay there again. read more

Friendly service, easy check-in and easy check-out.
Hotel is more the overnight stay.

Hotel was clean and very nice staff. Would not recommend for family.

It was very close to the catskills.
The rooms were not spectacular.

In short it's a good hotel for business travelers who need a place to crash for the night.
I wouldn't stay longer than that.

The staff was friendly and the room clean.

The hotel was clean and okay if you need a place to lay your head for a couple of nights. There was only basic cable so if you want to watch movies you can't even order it. Delivery is pretty limited in terms of choice of foods.

Their pool was extremely cold and was not heated. Hard to understand certain staff members.

It was close to the Hits horse show.
They provided no breakfast and the diner attached to hotel was poor and overpriced.

The bathroom was clean, the room large, neat and clean. Hotel lobby was tidy and clean. Outside doors did not work with card key, which was very inconvenient, and no complimentary breakfast was also inconvenient for a room that was not cheap for the area. Not sure I would stay here again.
