No free breakfast. For a 3 star hotel, breakfast needs to be free.

No free breakfast. For a 3 star hotel, breakfast needs to be free. Even a two star hotel has breakfast free sometimes. Here they charge $12 for breakfast. That's expensive. Also the bus shuttle should take us directly to the Subway Station instead of the airport where we need to catch the air-train to go to the subway station. Each time we take the air-train, it costs us $5 each way. That's again expensive. Free bus shuttle service to the Subway stations should be also provided. read more

Rather noisy air conditioner. A bit basic in decor and services.

Hotel is fine for an overnight stay at JFK. It is a budget version of a Hilton, though, or certainly looks and feels like one. It was not quite as comfortable as I had expected - but it was not at all bad, and it was certainly good value.

Check in was fast, extremely friendly and efficient as was check out.
Restaurant room service was unaccommodating.

Front desk staff were very attentive and friendly. Refrig and microwave in room very handy.

We were placed in a room stuck between the hotel laundry room, ice making room and janator rooms. Whenever we came out of the room we had to look at big wheel bins, no functional smoke alarm in the room, the cover and battery had been removed. Lampshade all torn up.

Nice and clean inside. Beds can be updated, but not bad.
Hotel is located in a kind of bad part of town. Also $16 dollars for uncovered parking.

Hotel is nice in the inside. Everything seems clean and people at the front desk are helpful. I arrived there around 2am and was able to get a bell man help me with our bags, after his smoke break. I met the manager when I checked out and was very nice. I inquired about the drag racing, and he thought that it stopped. I told him it didn't.

Rude staff, not helpful. Strong smells.

The pictures shown are misleading. The area is not save, there is no parking in the area. I had stayed in this hotel twice and they are always booked and they do not have any rooms available. They give you whatever they have available which is not what I pay for. The beds have dents and there are strong smells.
