The A/C was blowing warm.The Bedside LampsExploded,with Sparks flying when switched on.

The A/C did not work properly,after resetting it 3 times,still no good.After Filter changed,good.Filter totally plugged.The 1.Bulb blewand Tripped the Braeker after switching on.Both New Bulbs Blew,also the Breaker.At the 4. try the new Bulbs explaoded and sparks where flying up and down.That happened after a very Hot Day .No Lights for the Night.Another Room was offered to us,but we were to tired and sweating and ready for a shower and some rest,It took about an Hour and half before we could rest.The Receptacle was loose and the Plug pns did not stay in the Rec.We was promised all repairs have been done,So we would have a 2. night more comfortable.The Repairs were not done.We are totally Disappointed.The Pooldeck was closed due to repairs.All this with the Temperatures in the nineties.The Young Lady at the reception was very Friendly and caring.All Ice machines were out of Order,not empty. read more

The desk clerk was very nice and solved the issues.
The owner intimidated the clerk so I had to wait until he was gone.

It is old, and in the center of town - clean but not really anything special.

Stuck in handicap room and the air condition was in poor condition.

I was stuck in a handicap room with a poor air condition unit on a very hot day. The sink was right next to the bed.

Room smelled musty and hard lumpy mattress.

Over priced for the quality of the hotel, very small, room mattress very uncomfortable and room was very musty smelling.

Excellent staff. Pleasent area and convenient.

I would recommend this hotel to any traveler in the Watertown N.Y. area. It is clean, bug free, and easily accessible to Fort Drum, Wal-Mart, Kmart, a local mall, any drug store/convenience store needed. Overall-Great stay!

It was clean and comfortable.
The rooms were a bit small.

We enjoyed our short stay, I am not sure it would have worked out for a long stay, but overall, I would go there again and definately recommend it to others.
