Best Western New Baltimore Inn

If I wasn't locked-in already paying in advance, I would have definitely left it.

Hotel staff poor, game room only machines working were used by employees. Vending machines empty for 4 days even when reported. Employees on free Internet in lobby. Pool nice when not used by employees. My bed smelled like someone spilled pancake syrup reported but bedspread never changed. Washers & dryers all broke but one. high price for what I would rate a zero hotel. As stated would have left if not already paid for. I will never do that again. The reservation clerk argued about someone smoking in the room called us liars and charged my credit card. My husband smoked outside and deposited the cigarette in a beer can or soda can but threw it away in the room. I will report this hotel to best western but probably do no good. I book rooms for my company and believe me I will stay clear of best westerns. read more

The first floors are too noisy, the "breakfast room closes too early (9am)- especially on Sat & Sun morning. and the offered food could be better, especially the coffee. The staff was nice but Mr. Patel is unpleasant.

The morning breakfast was alright. The desk staff on all shifts were rude. The scenery and location were great.
