From the moment I walked in the lobby, my stay was first rate! The customer service was perfect, the room was very clean and comfortable and the experience was fantastic.

Location, final resolution to room issues.
Toilet didn't work, new room next to elevator, noisy.

Final room was nice and quiet but it took 3 hours and 3 room changes till 2 am to resolve.
