Big clean rooms, quiet rooms, good free breakfast bar.
Although newly built the rooms already showed some wear, peeling paint, faulty hardware and poor workmanship in construction.

We are frequent visitors to the Asheville area and have had trouble finding nice rooms in the area for reasonable prices. This is a relatively new hotel and although rated as 2 ½ stars we found it to be above average for the area, especially for the price. We liked the nice, quiet, big rooms and great complimentary breakfast bar. Although comfortable and very clean, the room was sparsely decorated and furnished, we were surprise not to find a mini fridge in the room. Also surprised there was no Wi-Fi in the room but did have high speed cable in the room. Staff was very friendly professional and helpful. read more

Room was nice. Nice bowl of fruit in lobby for guest. Staff was friendly. Room had good supply of towels and pillows. Nice restaurants close by.

The lobby was very attractive, staff very friendly. We were in several hotels/motels during this travel and this hotel had the best breakfast.
We checked in late in the afternoon and the only King size bed available was in a handicap room.

We had a great stay at this hotel. It was convenient, clean, and comfortable.

This was our first time staying at a Spring hill Suites and we were very pleased with the layout of the rooms, furnishings as well as the extremely helpful and friendly staff.

The hotel has both indoor and outdoor pools. They served Tazo tea instead of just generic tea.

We were tired of being out in the woods camping in 30 degree weather. We put in a low bid for a low star level just wanting something warm. The hotel was unexpectedly nice. The room was larger than normal. The indoor pool was small but big enough to do some swimming in. The breakfast had more than just cereal and sweets. There were eggs, bacon, sausage etc. As a non-coffee drinker, I was ecstatic about the tea choices. They served Tazo tea. read more

I desired an indoor or outdoor heated pool. This, combined with the deluxe breakfast made the hotel a good value to me.
No complaints at all.

A very good hotel with friendly staff and convenient location.
