I liked the CD player in the rooms and the fireplace in the lounge.
Just seemed overall it needed a little love and updating.

I think the Crowne Plaza Asheville is a 3 star property, but doesn't have enough contemporary appeal to be a 3 1/2 star. The room was comfortable, staff helpful, however the property did seem like it needed a good renovation.

It has potential.
It looks old and run down.

The room was nice, looked as though it had been recently renovated. The bed was short, barely 6 feet long and it was too soft. The bathroom looked as though they did a rush job on the remodel. The rest of the hotel looked old and outdated. The staff was very friendly. Very easy to miss the entrance the first time in.

Convenient location, bar and restaurants on location and the rooms were quite nice.
The hotel was a little old.

This hotel is conveniently located minutes from downtown. The rooms are clean and sized well. The lobby is very nice and the hotel has a restaurant, a bar, a modest sized gym, tennis courts and a 9 hole golf course. This hotel really is a good choice if you are visiting Asheville.

Hard to get to due to traffic patterns until you underrstand how to do so.
