Recently remodeled and very nice suite and beds.

New furnishings were attractive, staff was very friendly and helpful. A good healthy breakfast.

Unorganized.

Arrived at the hotel after 3 pm check-in time, our room was not ready, we were told to return in a half hour or so. We returned more than an hour later & our room was still not ready. We cancelled our reservation & went to another hotel.

liked the jacuzzi tub in the room. Nice plus.
I saw a roach on the door of the refrigerator late at night.

This hotel is in a very convenient location, near restaurants and Grandfather Mountain. Access to the hotel parking lot is easy, however, leaving the hotel parking, if you are turning left, is quite difficult.

This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel and we have been extremely please both times.

Quiet and near restaurants. Cool weather.
When checking out we were given incorrect checkout form. Same name, but incorrect address. Hopefully they have discovered error.

We liked the location.
