The manager made me feel very welcome and willing to meet our needs.
The mattress could have been softer.

Very clean and the staff was very helpful and extremely pleasant. I felt it was a little pricey for the area. But being that it is in a college town and the university was back in I can understand. Loved the pool with Jacuzzi. Our room had a nice view and was decorated nicely.

very nice tried to accommodate as best as they could.
The hot water did not function properly. Pressure was off, showers were inconsistent - mostly tepid temperature, never hot

The walls were thin could hear people in the next room. Location is nice.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I enjoyed going to the health club that the hotel had connections with.

Shower water got hot, then cold, then hot again. Mattresses were terrible.

Great location. Right next to good family restaurant. Clean. Good breakfast.

Great location, nice rooms, great breakfast, and easy check-in.

For the money, it would be hard to find a better place to stay. Located a short distance from the main highway, it provides easy access to all of Boones restaurants and stores. We were greeted with the smell of fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. The staff was friendly and the check-in/check-out procedure was seamless and trouble free. The continental breakfast was large and dining room nice. read more
