Welcome to the Days Inn - Charlotte/Airport. We have just completed our renovations to our guestrooms and public areas. Our contemporary guestrooms offer our valued guests great comforts including new furniture and new carpet. The carpet at the wall needed to be swept.

It worked fine for me and was convenient to a weekend event I attended.

A/c inadequate,2 requests ignored by staff.

A/c was horrible room stayed hot, front desk ignored request for extra pillows, asked for wakeup call-did not happen.

Quick responsive service @ check-in & check out. Also suggestions for walking area & the continental breakfast.
Light switch in the bathroom had to be jiggled to get the light to turn on. (Did not report this at check-out...)

I found Melissa at the front desk to be very pleasant and helpful.
Cigarette ashes on floor between nightstand and bed in non-smoking room.

Overall, this hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Could use better maintenance & quitter doors.
Hotel cleaning staff loves to slam doors when you're trying to sleep.

I only used the hotel for showering & sleeping. At least it didn't have roaches!
