Comfort Inn Executive Park Charlotte

I did not like this hotel because they did not have a non-smoking for us. Therefore we had to take a handicap room. Plus we were on the first floor and very noisy. The bed was not comfort at all. The room had a smell. The lighting was not good for reading. On the flip side, the staff did all they could do with what they had to work with.

The rooms were alright, but not the cleanest I have seen. The bedspread need major cleaning, the bathroom need to be cleaned better and need updated.

Not bad for an overnight stay. Nice to have wi-fi and continental breakfast.

Felt like staying with family. It is a older hotel but very clean.

I really enjoyed my stay I will go again.

This hotel is in a great location in south Charlotte with easy access to I-77. The hotel was fairly clean, but we were disappointed to find that the room we rented with a kind bed and a sleeper sofa, was actually a chair that pulled out into a single sized bed, which didn't suit our needs. The staff gave us another room and we had to pay 10.00 for a terrible cot. Luckily, the manager did not make the charge for it the next morning when we checked out. My first impression of the hotel was that the lobby looked cheap and unkempt. I had to wait at the front desk while the night clerk played with his cell phone in the back office. He finally came to help me a few minutes after noticing me. I was a chore to help, it seemed. Once in the room, I noticed the comforter had 'white stains' on it. The room smelled funny. The bathroom was not very clean (mold in the bath) the towels were unpleasant. read more

Overall this was a nice hotel and I would stay there again.

Lack of surveillance allowed vehicles to be burglarized, including mine.
