Hotel was well staffed and the breakfast buffet was good.
Hotel needs new carpet.

Management was very helpful and the services were very good, location of hotel was kind of hard to find.

Friendly front desk staff.
Card keys did not work. Other travelers had same problem. And no water pressure in shower.

Overall the experience was good. Minimal dissatisfaction. The staff serving the breakfast lines was extremely rude, as well as the janitorial staff.

Breakfast was good.
We had a housekeeper come around to ask if we were checking out or staying. We knocked on everyone's door on our floor.

We enjoyed the stay for one night. We did not appreciate after putting up the do not disturb sign and the housekeeper still coming by to say she had to inquire if we were leaving that morning. She should check with the front desk if she wanted to get in the room to clean earlier than 11am when we were required to check out.

Should not have been a 3-star facility, 2 at the most. Overpriced for amenities.

Cleanliness, decor, and overall pleasantness of employees. I would highly recommend this hotel. In fact, I have now joined their hotel club.
I can't think of anything wrong.

Comfort suites university area of charlotte just added to our pleasurable visit in charlotte. Without a nice place to sleep and a place to call home while visiting someplace, can really adjust a person's attitude towards a destination. Charlotte, the hotel, and all the people we have met while vacationing there, have made charlotte, north Carolina one of my favorite places to visit in the united states. A great hotel room can make all the difference. Thank you comfort suites for making this possible. read more
