Needed help with my laptop, staff went over & above trying to get it to work.
Nothing.

I went to Charlotte to pick up my daughter from the airport. The staff was wonderful to both of us. The room was very neat & clean. Pool was wonderful. Staff went above & beyond trying to help me with my computer on their WiFi. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is right behind a Shoney'. It is located 3 miles from the airport.

We got to this hotel after a long flight from Aruba. The staff went over and above to accommodate our neeeds. We would love to stay here again!

Very friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel sits off the highway behind an eating establishment and is easy to miss. The hotel staff was very accomidating and helpful. The king size bed comfortable and overall the room was clean and inviting although it felt dated in decore.

This hotel was ridiculous, we had problems with the commode on our first night there. When I called the front desk and told them the problem they said they would send someone right away, well 30 minutes later and 2 more calls to the front desk and someone not wearing a hotel uniform knocked at the door when I answered the door he handed me a plunger and said here you go then turned and walked away. I was in shock. Every time we asked about local entertainment and shopping we were told I don't know about that. The entrance and exit doors to the hotel were in poor operating condition and did not even lock. It was horrible, just horrible I'm telling you. I would never stay in a Country inn and suites again. read more
