Pet-friendly. Had a kitchen which worked very well for a pet.
While extremely clean, the furniture in the rooms was a little old.

We selected this motel because it is pet-friendly - and it was that and more. The motel was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. It was very nice to have a kitchen and separate bedroom especially when traveling with a pet. The room was comfortable and spacious enough even with our Lab puppy and all of her accessories!

A clerk was very accommodating - our original room reeked of curry and at our 2 am arrival, she changed us to an odor free room.
The weather has been 90+ for sometime, why wasn't the pool open? Waiting till memorial day is too late for your May climates.

The daytime desk crew should have a quick list of cab service and some courtesy lessons - your hospitality needs a lot of polish.

Smelled liked masked smoke - awful odor - could not sleep - opened windows - what was that smell every day they came in to clean it got worse.

If that was some sort of spray to mask smoking - it was worse than the smoke! The room was horrible with smoke - the bedspread was the worst! Opened the windows but then could not close the curtains because then the air would not move - then the parking lot lights were in my eyes all night- did not sleep at all the first night - on and off the second- just from exhaustion! No one on the front desk after 11:00 pm - and no one at desk before 7:00 am - no breakfast on weekends - would not stay ever again! Too much money for so little value! Disappointed you would recommend such a place. read more

Nice location and amenities.
Comforter was stained and bathroom shower drain was partially clogged.

This hotel was located about 4 miles off Rt 77 in South Charlotte. The hotel was conveniently located and had good kitchen amenities. The only major problem was a partially clogged shower drain, so you may have been standing in your own water. Otherwise, the room was good size for 2 adults and 2 children.

The room and the building was great.
Didn't serve the continental breakfast on the weekend.

Overall, a wonderful room. The bed was comfortable and we really enjoyed the separate rooms.
