The staff was very friendly at the hotel. It made for a great experience. I travel to Charlotte a lot and would definitely stay there again.

Quiet, comfortable bed, clean, variety at cont breakfast and computer was available for use.

We were very pleased with this hotel. It was quiet, clean, had a computer available for our use, bed was comfortable and their continental breakfast had variety. We would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff. Hotel room was very clean. Bed was comfortable.
Hotel entrance/exit not convenient to main road. Main entrance opened onto one-way half of main road.

I was, overall, pleased with my stay there. The staff was very nice, hotel was clean and quiet. The location was convenient to attractions such as many restaurants and the mall.

It is a very nice hotel, right off the highway, clean, friendly staff, etc.
The rooms are kind of small - at least ours was.

You will not be disappointed.
