The service in the resturant.
Desk clerk was rude and unhelpful.

Upon checkin I gave one simple request, assign us a quiet room away from the elevator, and vending noise. You guessed it, we carried 3 bags to our room and found it directly across from the elevator, ice machine, and vending machines. I had carried bags a lengthy distance to change rooms. Bad experience.

Key didn't work, then toilet was stopped up.

Location was horrible, and the hotel was disgusting. The key didn't work when we initially got to the room. Then the toilet didn't work. It took a half hour for maintenance to show up, and when they left they made no attempt to clean up the water on the floor of the bathroom. They just left dirty footprints and puddles. Horrible hotel!

Staff was uncaring.

The manager/staff were very unkind. they didn't care to help us have a good room. The internet usage was not free and the water was only lukewarm; it never got hot for a shower.

The restaurant was excellent. We ate there for breakfast everyday. The price was exceptional and the breakfast items were hot and plentiful. Thank you.

The restaurant staff were exceptional; the buffet breakfast foods were hot and plentiful even when we arrived 10-15 minutes before time for the buffet to close! I do like tea and the lobby seemed to only have the free coffee, even that was a nice touch. The driver picked us up promptly from the airport when we called. Everything was simply wonderful!
